Broadway Dental Centre:

We believe dentistry should be as pleasant as possible. By utilising the most comfortable methods of treatment we're able to deliver the best possible dental care to patients. We are centrally located in Palmerston North with easy single-level entrance and parking readily available.

At Broadway Dental Centre we are able to offer a complete range of services from basic assessments to implants, crowns, veneers and whitening.

Dr Allan Young B.D.S. (Otago)
Shortly after graduating in 1981 Dr Young founded Broadway Dental Centre - Allan Young & Associates. To ensure Broadway Dental Centre remains at the forefront of the dental arena, Dr Young places particular emphasis on quality customer service, the utilisation of state-of-the-art technology, and continuous education of staff. 

Dr Bob Yang
In 1998 Dr Bob Yang received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Otago. Shortly after he developed and broadened his surgical skills during two years of hospital postings in Southland and Wellington. In order to offer the best treatments to his patients he continues to enhance his skills and knowledge through extensive international courses. His focus is on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Dr Grace Lee B.D.S (Otago)

Dr Grace Lee joined the team at Broadway Dental Centre after graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago. She is interested in dental research, having presented her research nationally and internationally while studying at University of Otago, and keeps herself up-to-date with the latest research and developments.

Dr Glenn Kirk B.D.S. MDS (Oral Surgery)

After completing his MDS in Oral Surgery in 2005 with Distinction, he practiced as a Specialist Oral Surgeon in the Manawatu for the NZDF, Midcentral Health and in Private Practice. He has been the external clinical examiner for the postgraduates in the University of Otago Oral Surgery programme.

He maintains an interest in the surgical aspects of Implantology and is a member of the International College of Implants. He has been placing Implants for the past ten years. Dr Kirk is also a credentialed Oral Surgeon at Southern Cross Hospital, Palmerston North.

Dr Morris Wong BDS, MDS, MRACDS (Perio)

Morris Wong graduated with a BSc from Massey University in 1985. He completed a BDS in 1990 from the School of Dentistry at Otago, and then worked as a Dental House Surgeon at Napier Hospital followed by dental positions in Private dental practice. In 1992 Morris joined a private medical clinic in Hong Kong and also completed his Masters in Periodontology. 

Dr Jessica Harris

Jessica has worked as a house surgeon in Dunedin after graduating from University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with distinction. This role not only involved performing general dentistry, but also included managing facial trauma such as fractured bones, lacerations and damaged teeth. While she enjoyed this, she felt her passions lied in general dentistry and has since moved on to pursue this.

Barbara Patience D.T, Dip D.H. (Adel)

She worked for many years as a dental therapist, and then graduated with a Diploma of Dental Hygiene in 2001. She's passionate about helping patients maintain and improve their oral health.

Aaron Wilson DentHyg 1998 NZDF

After joining the defence force in 1994 as a dental assistant, he was accepted to train as a dental hygienist in a 4 year Hygienist Program. As part of this training he travelled to Australia and Malaysia as a junior hygienist. In 1997 he was promoted to Lance Corporal, and in 2000 to Corporal. In 2005 he left the army and spent some time writing undergraduate Psychology papers. Since 2008 he has moved back into private practice as a hygienist.
